Who we are

What we collect

• To book you in: your name, email and phone number.
• If you create an account: your email and an encrypted password, plus any preferences, allergies or notes you choose to add.
• Photos of your visit: only if the studio takes them, and only you and the studio can see them.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie the site needs is the one that keeps you signed in.

Why we need it

To arrange and confirm your appointment, keep your history so we know what worked last time, and meet our accounting obligations. The legal basis is performing our agreement with you and, for the books, a legal obligation.

Where it is stored

On Supabase, our database and hosting provider, on servers inside the European Union. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page — your personal details are removed and past bookings are anonymised in our accounts. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
