Appointments are by appointment only. When you book online the slot is held for you and confirmed by the studio. If a slot is taken while you are booking, we will offer you the nearest alternative.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. You can cancel from your account page or by WhatsApp.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule the treatment so the following client is not affected.
Payment is made at the studio at the end of your appointment. Prices are listed on the site and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, can be used on any service, and are not exchangeable for cash.
Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medication before your treatment. We may decline a treatment where it would not be safe. Waxing is not carried out on broken or irritated skin.
We only photograph your nails, never your face, and we ask before using any photo publicly. Photos attached to your account are private to you and the studio.
